Bloom SZN LLC provides digital marketing services to small businesses, including but not limited to website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup and management, and automated SMS/text messaging campaigns delivered on behalf of our clients.

SMS/Text Messaging

For clients using our SMS messaging services, phone numbers are collected by the client business (for example, at the point of appointment booking) and used by Bloom SZN LLC on the client's behalf to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional requests for feedback or online reviews. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent to collect and share customer contact information with Bloom SZN LLC for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Bloom SZN LLC provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
